“A man arrested as part of the Scotland Yard investigation into phone hacking at the News of the World gave advice to the University of East Anglia over the Climategate affair,” reports the Eastern Daily Press (UK).
Volt update: Only 2,745 sold
The Nissan Leaf has so far “outsold” the Chevy Volt, 4,134 to 2,745, reports the Los Angeles Times. As each buyer gets a $7,500 tax credit, these sales have so far cost taxpayers $51.6 million. It’s hard to know whether to laugh or cry.
