I’m starting to think that the State Dept. is setting up the Keystone XL pipeline for litigation based on a slipshod EIS.
State Dept on Keystone XL: ‘Pipeline doesn’t pose any greater risks to the environment than any other modes of transportation’
Probably poses less risk than shipping tar sands oil to China by tanker.
