Michael, We Hardly Knew Ya–Now We Might.

So the trial court dufus is reversed on the many rulings favorable to Mann in his suit against Mark Steyn and National Review.
Tooooo bad.

However, my goal is some discovery–lets see the files and the emails and the cheating and the lyin’ Mike–you might wish that you never sued. My biggest problem is the trial court judge, who doesn’t seem to understand that Mann claims libel and slander and the defense will necessarily pursue proof that they told the truth. Who is Mann’s legal advisor–Gomer Pyle?

Michael Mann forced into a "do-over" in Mann -vs- CEI & Steyn

Let’s hope Mann has to cough up some revealing correspondence and research info?

  1. This case can go on and on without ever producing successful discovery. Mann has no intention of complying with what he and UVA have fought for so long. His only strategy is to cost these people as much as possible for criticizing him in ways that made him feel it. They are the examples he is making.
One wonders what Mann’s source of dark money is. Meanwhile, a money losing publication is collecting donations in $25 to $100 denominations. So much, once again, for those billions of oil dollars secretly funneled to stymie the global warmongers.

  2. Well, we can hope for some discovery but I doubt it will happen as even Gomer Pyle would have enough brains to advise Mickey to drop the case.
