Schwarzenegger lackey claims Arnold ‘deserves to be remembered as a great California governor’ for signing cap-and-trade law

Schwarzenegger appointee Terry Tamminen writes in the San Jose Mercury News:

Whatever else people may say about Schwarzenegger’s time in office, there can be little disagreement that he proved to be one of the most progressive governors in history on environmental policy. And if he had done nothing else but sign AB 32, he would deserve to be remembered as a great California governor.
