BizJournals.com reports:
Opponents of California’s landmark cap-and-trade system will get a chance Wednesday in a Sacramento courtroom to present their case.
Pro-business groups have sued the California Air Resources Board in two separate lawsuits over the state’s carbon allowances auction, which opponents say is an unconstitutional tax. Those cases, which include the California Chamber of Commerce and the Pacific Legal Foundation, along with a coalition of manufacturers and other businesses, will get a hearing tomorrow in Sacramento Superior Court.
So, how did this go ?
There will be no need to turn out the lights … there won’t be any lights.
last one to leave California please turn out the lights, if there are any left working.
