Money is a proxy for energy. When renewables are subsidized the system that has been established and put into operation is a system that must make use of additional energy provided by sources that have a positive EROEI in order to convert the positive energy to positive financial resources (money) with which to subsidize energy sources that have a negative EROEI. It ain’t very funny but you almost have to laugh to keep from crying because such stupidity is rampant across the face of Bizarro planet Htrae.
