Funny how this keep happening…
Hokey stick inventor Michael Mann boasted late last week of being named to economia‘s Future Finance 50 list.
A quick check of the economia web site showed that a Nobel Prize winning Michael Mann had been named to the list.
However, there is no such creature in this universe as a Nobel Prize-winning Michael E. Mann of Penn State University. After bringing this to the attention of economia‘s editors, they replaced Nobel Prize-winning Michael Mann with the schlub we all know and love. 🙂
The last time this happened was October 2014 and involved UCLA. It happened in October 2013 at Angelo State University. Mann’s lawyers claimed he won the Nobel in his defamation lawsuit.
I can’t wait for the discovery phase of his lawsuit against Mark Steyn et al.
