The WaPo editorializes:
A recent Supreme Court ruling found that the government has a coherent greenhouse gas policy in place, which indicates that the Obama administration stands a good shot at defending its right to pursue that policy. But the justices could have simply let lower court rulings stand; a pro-EPA outcome is far from guaranteed.
“…a pro-EPA outcome is far from guaranteed.”
A pro-EPA outcome is far from desired.
Coherent?
That implies logic, which is totally missing from the environMENTAList meme.
The Supreme Court is rarely supposed to review facts, so the issues of the physics aren’t really supposed to come up. I know that sounds bizarre but the facts are supposed to be handled at trial rather than on appeal.
This really ought to be handled at the legislature; Congress should pass laws restricting the EPA and people need to vote for reps who will vote that way. Hint: Tea Party.
