Perhaps they meant to say, internationally known scientist and chili cook-off winner…
Mann immediately wanted to contact the school and make the correction himself, but was too busy altering data to do it.
Maybe he got one in a box of Cracker Jacks.

It is impressive that Angelo State University took action to correct it!

I’ll bet that will look good in his attempts to claim he is not a public figure in court.
Wait for it. Mann will call this an attack coordinated and financed by the fossil fuel industry, and he will sic his favorite attack dog on Steve, Pulitzer Prize winning book author and exposer of Exxon-funded skeptics, Ross Gelbspan.
Joe & Anthony, I think both of you guys should get Nobel Prizes!

Amazing. Just like Obama allowed 17 years of a published bio on him to say he was from Kenya, we find Dr. Mann still not proofreading his publicity. He did not win a nobel prize any more than I won a gold medal for advising gold medalist Jake Varner on nutrition before the Olympics.
