The Tribune Democrat reports:
A local congressman hopes to find ways to stop or slow attempts by the Obama administration to tighten federal regulations that the congressman maintains are having a negative impact on the nation’s domestic energy industry.
Rep. Bill Shuster, R-Hollidaysburg, said Friday he has introduced legislation called the Domestic Energy Production Protection Act that will require congressional approval of any change in Environmental Protection Agency rules that impact on domestic energy.
