House Resolution on EPA ‘Secret Science’

Be it resolved by the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology that upon adoption of this Resolution, the Chairman of the Committee is authorized to issue subpoenas duces tecum for any and all research data, information, documents and other records, which may be de-identified, relating to the Harvard Six Cities Study, the Cancer Prevention Study II, and all analyses and re-analyses of either study, to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other custodians of research data from such studies.

This resolution is adopted pursuant to House of Representatives Rule XI, clause 2(m)(1) and (3) and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology Rule VII(a).
