This global warming nonsense is foisted on learners up to FE level. I myself have ‘taught’ a bunch of unfortunates (how to pass) this required nonsense. When, invariably, asked whether I subscribed to the notion of AGW, I always replied ‘cui bono?’ and set them the task of finding out. I think I made sceptics of them all.
Apparently the UK Energy Secretary, like Chu over here, misunderstands the purpose of a Department of Energy.
I would think common sense is prevailing by eliminating this garbage.
