All countries should outline their long-term plans for curbing greenhouse gases next year, earlier than favored by Washington, to revive the stalled fight against climate change, the European Union proposed on Tuesday.

  4. Considering how long the pause is in global temperature rise and the fact that Germany has had 5 colder than normal winters in a row, it’s good to get a commitment to push the commitment sooner rather than later when it will look completely irrelevant..
