Isn’t NOAA already radical enough?
Politico reports:
President Barack Obama is proposing moving the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to the Interior Department as part of a wholesale restructuring of the Commerce Department.
No doubt the purpose here would be to move NOAA from the less radical, poorer Commerce Department to the more radical, richer Interior Department.
Plus the move would provide Obama with the opportunity to rewrite NOAA’s mission, possibly including such nonsense like the National Climate Service.
