House passes payroll tax extension with Keystone XL, Boiler MACT riders

Who will blink?

The House passed by a vote of 234-193 (with 10 Democrats voting for and 14 Republicans voting against) the payroll tax cut extension bill, including a rider for President Obama to approve/deny the Keystone XL pipeline within 60 days, and one to block the EPA’s boiler MACT rule.

The bill now goes to the Senate where Harry Reid says it’s DOA. We’ll see if Reid (and the President) want to raise taxes and kill jobs.
