China’s five-year plan for “new energy” (i.e., electric) vehicles won’t meet its original goal of 1 million vehicles on the road by 2015 without changing the definition of “new energy,” reports the Financial Times.

TCE, PCE still not associated with cancer

A new study of almost 78,000 aircraft workers fails to link the solvents trichloroethylene (TCE) and perchloroethylene (PCE or Perc) with increased cancer incidence — bad news for the EPA which has been after the pair for decades.
