  1. I’ve long thought that EPA employees should agree to have their own homes surveyed for PCBs and other “toxins” and, at their own expense, be forced to remediate any that are found. PCBs were pretty ubiquitous before they were outlawed in the late 1970s, and even after that date, they could be found in many items, some of them imported.
