It is incorrect to report ambient temperature measurements or predictions to 0.00 degrees or significant figures. Temperatures are routinely measured to 0.0 figures. Averaged temperatures cannot be more accurate than the measurements and should include the associated standard deviation.

A recent paper on atmospheric saturation of so-called green house gases shows that the temperature rise for any give insolation will reach an asymptotic value as the fixed number of heat photons from the sun are now shared among twice as many CO2 and other molecules reducing the heating of each one.
