Action Alert: Recommendations for EPA’s Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee

EPA is seeking new members for its Clean Air Scientific Advisory Council (CASAC). Public comment is requested. Here is the list of who you should recommended to EPA and who you should advise EPA to skip.

Read the Federal Register announcement with theCASAC 2017 List of Candidates and their bios.

Read my recent Wall Street Journal op-ed to understand why it is important to rid CASAC of its EPA cronies and to restock CASAC with honest scientists.

  1. Getting conflict-of-interest exposed and [hopefully] phased out of ‘scientific advisory’ groups in the US will [eventually] set a precedent for other countries……….
    Go, S.M. and Co……

  2. That is an astounding amount of money in grants. Well over 15 million each on average and over 138 Million in total.

I obviously picked the wrong profession.

  3. I know these people on the list and every one of them would be good (of course, some better than others):
    Dr. Ed Berry
    Dr. Alan Carlin
    Joe D’Aleo
    Paul Driessen
    Dr. Gordon Fulks
    Dr. Craig Idso
    Dr. David Legates
    Steward Leighton
    Dr. Don van der Vaart
    Dr. Stan Young
