I’m sure the proliferation of unguarded or poorly secured nuclear waste and radioactive byproducts that would accumulate as a result of the fact that the EPA and Congress *still* haven’t complied with the legal mandate to provide a safe and secure long-term storage facility for disposing of high- and low-level radioactive waste won’t lead to any problems for anybody. After all, it’s not like there are thousands of would-be terrorists who would love to get their hands on materials to make dirty bombs.
