DiCaprio has made a lifelong career of promoting fantasy (Hollywood) and this is no exception. It is all he knows.

A far more likely existential threat is the coming, inevitable glaciation. When temperatures fall and crops won’t grow, that will be a real existential threat, not the silly prattling of an overpaid “actor.”
