I have a suggestion for Green Peace. Since Iran is going to devastate the oil market by dumping years of reserves on the market, why don’t you good people go to Iran and hold some violent demonstrations there?
I have never seen a legal definition of ’emergency’, but I suspect it would contain elements of immediacy and risk of harm to life and/or property.
