Well, how bout that. Confabulation is now the basis for the official methodology for the functioning of geopolitical communication. You pretend that you believe the things that I tell you while I pretend that I believe what I am saying and I will do the same for the things that you tell me while you are pretending that you believe the things that you are saying.
Or all countries’ presidents and prime ministers will have their birthdays taken away.
I imagine that if countries submit bogus reports, or do not make enough progress with emissions, they will be placed on double secret probation. But worry not, Obama will try his best to reduce US greenhouse gas emissions, and destroy our economy in the process.
