It’d be better with the last eight words deleted, and a period after “emissions.”
Oh darn! I was waiting for the EPA to promulgate regulations on water vapor emissions; that would have impacted hydrogen-fueled vehicles. Unfortunately, knowing a bit about government regulations, the EPA will interpret this as applying ONLY to regulations of livestock production, and go ahead to issue regulations on other industries anyway.
