    The survival instinct drove mankind to design insane government policies based on #2, instead of trusting and developing #1.

  2. Hey, hey, hey! If more nations increase the amounts of coal that they use to power their economies then the amount of money that their economies generate that can then be used to subsidize “renewable” energy will increase commensurately. It’s a win-win situation. Everyone wins — but the especially big winners will be the semi-organized crime syndicates that we call governments.
