A: At the ‘game’, which is really what counts, participants from both sides are invited.
A ‘pep rally’ is merely a scripted event for the self-aggrandizing of a single team.
The winner can never be decided until BOTH teams arrive and the ball is in play. This ‘climate conference’ is merely another ‘pep rally’.
