Obama asks court to put off deciding EPA power plant rules until after Paris conference

Now we know for sure why the EPA delayed until last week the rule’s publication in the Federal Register.

  1. If CO2 was a forcing, its effect on temperature would be according to the time-integral of the CO2 level (or the time-integral of a math function of the CO2 level). The last 500 million years with no sustained average global temperature change demonstrates CO2, in spite of being a greenhouse gas, has no effect on climate.
