A quick google search shows the propaganda machine is in full working order. All the usual points about micrograms being detectable in urine and breast milk with precious little coherent talk of symptoms of “overdose”.
On the flipside, much of the proliferation of triclosan and products like it is just the result of germophobic mass-marketing. I’m assuming the chemophobe side has some “natural” product their pushing to replace the triclosan contaminated goods. Get ready for a classic knock-down, drag-out bout between two junkscience giants. This week the role of “scientist” will be played by lawyers, lobbyists, and ad men.
