The Hill reports:
Secretary of State John Kerry should discuss ways to reduce powerful, short-lived, heat-trapping pollutants with Indian officials when he visits New Delhi this weekend, a group of 15 senators said Friday.
The senators, led by Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) and Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), stressed working out solutions for reducing emissions of black carbon, methane and hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) in India and the United States.
