The Washington Post reports:
President Obama will announce his intention to limit greenhouse gas emissions from existing power plants, increase appliance efficiency standards and promote renewable energy development on public lands in a speech Tuesday outlining his plan to use executive powers to address climate change.
Obama has embraced a lot of things that have been swept into history’s dustbin, but history’s dustbin has a leaky lid, apparently.
Notice how this tyrant knows better than our elected Representatives in the People’s House and so will do whatever he wants against the will of the people.
