I conclude folks in Europe are smarter than folks in the U.S. since not only do they not fluoridate their water, they are rejecting GM foods. Rats fed GM corn for two years can hardly drag around their huge cancers. I say no thank you!
Actually, Europe’s voters have had NO SAY in the EU assembly. The politicians are unelected, and the (extremely powerful) EU civil service self-appointed!
If Europe’s people want to make themselves poor in worldwide competition, or if they keep electing representatives who want to make them poor in worldwide competition, I guess that’s the business of Europe’s voters.
It affects us at the edges because a wealthier, happier Europe would buy more of our stuff and sell us more of their stuff. On the other hand, Europe’s actions make our agriculture more attractive because our stuff costs less.
