The EPA is a source of ‘bonus’ revenue to the bureaucracy. They just hit Wal-Mart for $81 million! WOW, this EPA is just wrought with corruption. Wonder if anything can be done about it. Of course w/a multi-billion dollar budget 3/4 of a mill is chump change. Plus if they need more all they have to do is ask ukle Bernak to print more.
