RINO Boehlert: Senate GOP put a ‘black mark on our party’ by boycotting vote on EPA nominee

Boehlert serves on the board of Al Gore’s Alliance for Climate Protection.

Politico reports:

Republicans on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee put a black mark on our party last week by boycotting the hearing to vote on Gina McCarthy’s nomination to lead the Environmental Protection Agency. Their boycott flies in the face of the Republican party’s rich heritage on environmental issues and undermines the agency’s work defending the air we breathe and the water we drink.
