Human activity has no discernible influence on rates of ocean rise and those rates are very small. The shore will or won’t be there, but emissions limits will play no role in the outcome.
If there’s a bright note, it’s safe to say Michael Mann similarly won’t exist by 2100. But the Jersey shore will still be where is. And likely without any forecasted flooding.
Is he expecting all of the beautiful girls that I see on the TV show of the same name to be gone by then and that they will not be replaced by new beautiful girls?
