  1. By the way that is not all el ninos. This is a generalization since most of those occur in the warm pdo. Cold PDO ninos can start earlier and occur
    mainly further west, including times when temps remain normal or below near the west coast of S America, where the nino nomenclature started cause of this observation. There is no lumping in of this
