Another scam in which the enviros sue the EPA, the EPA caves and has the excuse of a court order giving them cover to do what they wanted to do in the first place and the enviros get paid by the taxpayers for their efforts. Also, are the complaints from the utilities pro forma? After all, they can pass on the costs to the consumer.
