I wouldn’t invest in NY because of their politicians.
It is indeed “arguable” whether the seas are warming or the weather patterns are changing. Peer-reviewed work speaks out of both sides of its mouth on the topics.
Why do my fellow New Yorkers elect such obvious jerks like Spitzer and Cuomo (father and son.) There is no excuse for throwing nearly 6 billion dollars away at Shoreham to placate hysterical anti-nuke dumbbells. The Son wants to twist the knife by closing Indian point.
