MT, I agree. Something very fishy here. Much more going on “under the radar”. Moles, any input?
I admit that this confuses me. We have the least-informed and greenest president in history; he’s appointed a team of granola-crunchy tree huggers, he’s got a Supreme Court decision saying his administration is at least supposed to look at this.
Is it possible that the rule-makers have found that their science fails to support the rule-making? That, if they propose a rule and have to justify it, the justification will be laughably flimsy? But why would that be a barrier now, when it never was before?
