  1. Shale oil and tar sands oil are both likely to be valuable resources. It’s possible that shale development will slow the use of tar sands, but that just makes the tar sands “oil in the bank”, as it were.
    I’d be happy to quit burning petroleum if we had a valid alternative. We don’t.

  2. You do realize this is a false flag article on a hard left site … they want to kill Keystone and fracking and are simply claiming the first goal is now done before they move onto killing fracking ….
