In the UK that includes pensioners and poor people too as they do not have enough money to pay for the exorbitantly hiked energy prices there now, due to huge wind farm subsides, and are dying from the cold. Over there as the song says “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer”. If the eco fascists have their way that will be coming your way soon.
