If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. That’s the approach California bureaucrats are taking to implement the state’s 2009-passed “green chemistry” law. Unfortunately, if they do eventually succeed, it could cost consumers and the economy dearly.
What is the difference between “fossil-based” (i.e. carbon based) and “bio-based” (i.e. carbon based)? I thought it all was bio, unless you subscribe to the abiotic oil theory.
Fossil based chemicals are proven to be more deadly than bio based chemicals. Everything needs to be put in comparison though.
Nothing says “green” like ecoli and salmonella. All natural so they must be safe. And no nasty “chemical” sounding names, either.
