Golden Rice may be a good thing…or it may not..but it certainly wasn’t ready to ‘save the world’ 12 years ago. But even ancient cultures around the world knew how to prevent or cure the problems of night blindness…1000s of years ago.
If one asks what me might gain, what have we lost should also be asked.
How is obesity being spread to the third world? By some of the same corporations out to ‘save it’? Why is obesity now often a sign of poverty?
