Yup, but instead of seeing local councils abolished, they’ve been marginalized by regional bureaucracies/ roundtables/ stakeholder councils that are unelected as a group and coerced into implementing the UN’s Agenda 21/ Sustainable Development lunacy from the bottom up, nation-wide in every signatory UN “member state”.
Through their local councils’ adoption of Local Agenda 21 action plans and their “strategic planning process” for implementation (usually in exchange for top-down grants), every man, woman and child (and privately owned property thereof) within the jurisdiction becomes subservient to the “greater good” stakeholder groups pushing the “Sustainable Development” Agenda regionally.
Well, the eco-fascist and health-nazi Global Allies for Population Control wouldn’t want to do anything that would threaten the purse-string holders of their funding now, would they?
