Carney: How corporate tax credits got in the 'cliff' deal

Tim Carney explains how green con-artists (like GE) won and the rest of us lost.

“The Family and Business Tax Cut Certainty Act of 2012, which passed through the Senate Finance Committee in August, was copied and pasted into the fiscal cliff legislation, yielding a victory for biotech companies, wind-turbine-makers, biodiesel producers, film studios — and their lobbyists.” [Washington Examiner]

  1. Answer: This country is run by self-serving greedy parasites. Hopefully, the parasite will die before it sucks all the life out of the host. Otherwise, they both die. And people love the idea of feeding the parasite. Humans are soooooo stupid. I bet a lot of liberals keep alligators in their back yards and hand-feed them chickens because it’s so much fun to watch. It’s just mind-boggling.
