The Government of Vietnam will receive U.S. assistance in carrying out clean energy development in that nation, a measure that the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) says will help the Obama Administration to execute its global “climate change” policies…
“Vietnam has a “Low Emission Development Strategy.”
That would make it a Low Development Strategy.

Our country is deep in debt and we’re spending money we don’t have on other countries’ issues? *facepalm* Apparently this asshat in the White House can’t toss the economy down the drain fast enough so he’s getting some outside help.
