Fixing the E-P-A could be much more popular than 9-9-9.
Though Herman Cain is still formulating his energy policy, Politico reports he said in a speech at the American Enterprise Institute that:
The specific regulatory changes that we’re going to have to make in order to be able to explore these resources responsibly, we don’t have all of those identified yet. But we know that it starts with the EPA. And in a Cain administration, the EPA will get an attitude adjustment.
For such a policy, we’d be willing to give him a mulligan or two, if necessary, for other shortcomings.
I do like the new slogan, though. I wish all candidates on both sides of the proverbial aisle would adopt it.
A little less talk and a little more action, please.
