The EPA’s Science Advisory Board has endorsed the EPA’s draft Report to Congress on Black Carbon, which concludes that black carbon emissions are the second or third leading cause of global warming. But check out the report’s charts on historical black carbon emissions (pages 4-37 to 4-39).
