Milloy Makes Additional FOIA Requests of EPA

Second and third FOIA requests were sent to the EPA on April 20, 2012.

The second request asked for:

For the human experiments listed in the response to FOIA Request No. HQ-FOI-02235-11, I am requesting copies of the (1) the protocols and consent forms that were approved by the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Medicine Committee on the Protection of the Rights of Human Subjects; (2) the informed consent forms for the 41 study subjects involved the experiment described in Attachment #1; (3) any and all related documents submitted to and approved by the U.S. EPA Program in Human Research Ethics.

The third request asked for:

For the human experiments listed in the EPA response to FOIA Request No. HQ-FOI-02235-11, I am requesting copies of any
and all documents related to the recruitment or solicitation of the study subjects including copies of any advertisements (whether in print, online or other means) and copies of documents related to the approval of the advertisements.
