Isn’t the public able to comment on proposals for rule changes like this? It’s been many years since I’ve commented on rule changes so maybe I’m thinking of something else. If we are allowed to comment there should be a major campaign to do so, at least for those of us who do not want our mode of transportation dictated to us by the government.
Hopefully this gets knocked down through the courts. At any rate I’m keeping and driving my already 6 yr old Jeep Cherokee for as long as possible.
This administration is crazy when it comes to energy policy.
