‘Wrong Again’ report featured by Tucker Carlson in opening monologue

The report “Wrong Again: 50 Years of Failed Eco-pocalyptic Predictions,” written by Myron Ebell and myself, was featured tonight on Tucker Carlson Tonight in his opening monologue. Don’t miss the other reports in the “Wrong Again” series: Wrong Again: 2020’s Failed Climate Doomsaying and Wrong Again: Al Gore Nobel Lecture Edition.

  1. Overlooked by the “Wrong gain” argument is that an IPCC climate model makes “projections” rather than making “predictions” but unlike a “predicted value,” a “projected value” cannot meaningfully be compared to a measured value. Thus, it is impossible for a “projected value” to be proved wrong. It is possible, however, for the argument made by a climate model to be found to be found illogical. This argument can be shown to be “illogical” under the condition that it falsifies the Law of the Excluded Middle (LEM) and “unit measure,” where the LEM is among Aristotle’s Laws of Thought whereas “unit measure” is an axiom of probability theory and assumption of mathematical statistics. A proof of these assertions is available to anyone for critical review and comment to anyone by request sent to my email address: terry_oldberg@yahoo.com, Journalists commonly assume that “prediction” is synonymous with “projection” but they are wrong.
